Supply and installation of Climaveneta equipment, including Precision Cooling Units, Chiller Units, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Units, and IT HVAC Cooling Systems, to provide reliable and efficient cooling solutions for mission-critical facilities such as data centers. The scope includes the procurement and delivery of all equipment, accessories, and materials required for a complete and fully operational system.
The works include mechanical and electrical installation, refrigerant charging, piping and cabling, control system integration, testing and balancing, functional performance testing, and final commissioning. All installation and commissioning activities shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, applicable industry standards, and the approved project specifications.

The scope covers the delivery of equipment and all associated components necessary for a complete installation.
The works include equipment installation, power and communication cabling, system configuration, functional testing, integration with related electrical systems where applicable, and final commissioning. All activities shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, relevant electrical standards, and the agreed technical specifications to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Supply and installation of the TraceTek Leak Detection System, including the TTA-SIM Alarm Module, TTDM-128 Monitoring Panel, sensor cables, and all related accessories required for a complete leak detection solution. The system is designed to provide continuous monitoring and early detection of water or liquid leaks to protect critical equipment and facilities.
The works include delivery of equipment, installation of monitoring panels and sensor cables, field wiring, system integration with the building monitoring or alarm system where required, functional testing of leak detection capabilities, and final commissioning. All installation and testing shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards, project requirements, and applicable industry practices to ensure proper system performance and reliability.
